Returns & Refund Policy

1. General Overview

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our marketplace. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

We operate separate return conditions for non-food (marketplace) products and food/perishable items due to hygiene and safety regulations.

2. Marketplace Products (Non-Food Items)
2.1 Returns Eligibility

You may return eligible non-food items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided
2.2 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Food & Perishable Items

Due to the nature of food and perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographic evidence
3.1 Non-Returnable Situations

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

Change of mind
Personal taste preferences
Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with after delivery
3.2 Resolution

Where a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

Replacement of the item
Refund
Store credit
