1. Introduction

Welcome to Isle of Market ("Marketplace", "we", "our", "us"). These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Isle of Market and all sellers ("Vendor", "Seller", "you") using the platform available at isleofmarket.co.uk.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any Vendor account at our sole discretion.

Isle of Market is a curated marketplace focused on **quality, originality, and exclusivity**. As such, we may reject applications from sellers whose products are primarily mass-market, heavily commoditised, or widely available on large-scale platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, or similar marketplaces. Approval is based on overall brand fit, product quality, and alignment with our marketplace vision.

11. Limitation of Liability

Isle of Market provides the Marketplace on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isle of Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Vendor's use of the Marketplace.
