Some stories begin with love — and ours begins with Mery.
Mery, Nikos’ mum, was more than an inspiration behind what we do. She was the soul of it. Her kitchen was a place of warmth, where recipes were shared with care, and every dish carried meaning, patience, and love.
A month ago, we said goodbye to her.
But the truth is, she’s still here — in every aroma, every flavour, every small detail we put into what we create. The way we prepare our food, the way we welcome people, the way we care… all of it comes from her.
She taught us that food is never just food. It’s comfort. It’s connection. It’s a way of bringing people together and making them feel at home.
